How we are funded

As a small, self-funded charity we need to ensure we raise enough money to provide our services.

Each year it costs in the region of £400,000 to provide all our services.

We passionately believe that support should be given based on need rather than ability to pay and we want to ensure our services are accessible to all who need our help. We warmly welcome donations towards the running costs of the charity from those who use the Centre.

We work hard to subsidise the costs and we can only do this thanks to our fundraisers, donors and volunteers.

Volunteers are an incredibly important part of the charity and donate approximately £100,000 worth of time each year.

Every penny donated, raised and saved makes a huge difference to the support we are able to provide.
